Whistle-Blowing System Procedure
If you suspect a violation, here’s what to do: Submit a WBS Report (anonymous reporting is permitted) via Email, WhatsApp, an Official Letter to the Subunit Compliance Unit of Risk Management PT KFTD, or the Report Form.
KFTD will investigate the report based on evidence. The WBS report will be periodically reported to the Ethics Committee. The investigation will be thorough, and there are three possible outcomes:
- The report is closed if evidence is insufficient or the report doesn’t meet the requirements.
- Minor violations result in sanctions per procedure.
- Serious misconduct results in sanctions per the Board’s decision.
